Medford, OR – November 16, 2012– F.D. Thomas, Inc. has retained Entek Consulting Group as our IH Consultant for FDT. Rick Beall and his team at Entek Consulting will work in conjunction with Felix Saldivar, Corp. EHS Manager. A summary of the services that he will begin performing are providing IH services and support, supervising the IH sampling program and coordinate sampling activities as requested. Review & approve the corporate respiratory protection program annually. Review & approve Lead & Heavy Metals work plans. Collect, Evaluate and report on IH Samples as requested. Perform Audits of internal IH processes and procedures. Review & Approve the Corporate Safety & Health Program Annually. All IH needs & requests will be routed through Felix Saldivar.

Entek has California Department of Public Health (CDPH) certified Lead Inspectors/Assessors, Project Monitors, and Project Designers for lead in paint inspections using XRF technology and laboratory analysis, project design, project monitoring, and clearance sampling in accordance with HUD and CDPH requirements.
